Split in 2 Payment Plan

Thank you for signing up for the split payment plan for 2 payments of $99. I am looking forward to our time together! Please carefully read the agreements below regarding the payment plan.

1. Payment Schedule

   • The first payment is due at the time of registration, which reserves your spot and confirms your enrollment.
   • Subsequent payments will be automatically charged on the same day of each month (e.g., if your first payment is made on the 5th of the month, future payments will be processed on the 5th of each following month).
   • All payments must be completed within the 6-month period.

2. Late Payments

   • If a payment is missed or declined, a grace period of 2 days will be provided to resolve the issue. After that, a late fee of $15 will be applied to your balance.
   • If more than two payments are missed, access to program materials, sessions, or community resources may be suspended until the account is brought up to date.

3. Cancellation Policy

   • If you choose to cancel your enrollment before the program or service begins, you are still responsible for any payments made up to that point.
   • Once the program has started, the payment plan must be completed in full, regardless of participation. No refunds will be issued for completed payments.

4. Early Payoff Option
   You may pay off the remaining balance in full at any time without any penalty or additional fees.

5. Non-Transferable
   Payment plans are non-transferable. The participant who signs up for the payment plan is responsible for completing the payments.

6. Payment Methods
   Payments will be automatically processed using the payment method you provide at the time of registration (credit/debit card, bank transfer, etc.). It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date.

7. Access to Materials and Services
   Full access to the program materials, services, and community resources will be granted upon the first payment, and will continue as long as payments are up to date.

8. Completion of the Payment Plan
   Upon successful completion of the 2-month payment plan, you will have fully paid for the program/service. There are no additional costs beyond the agreed-upon total, as long as payments are made on time.
