Hi there, I’m Jessica

My expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is the science of compassionately understanding and supporting behavior change. I practice a blend of trauma-informed Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT). I also integrate my background as a Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Mindfulness Facilitator to offer self-care practices designed to support holistic well-being.

I am committed to meeting neurodivergent folks where they are and walking alongside them as they move toward their most authentic, balanced, and joyful life.

I offer a variety of services infused with my values of connection, creativity, compassion, playfulness, and collaboration. I invite you to explore my offerings below and reach out to schedule a free consultation if you’re interested.
